By Road
You will begin to see signs for MECC Maastricht as soon as you reach the outskirts of Maastricht. Follow these signs until you reach the MECC car park. If you are travelling south on the A2/E25 motorway (from Amsterdam-Eindhoven), take exit 55 signed for 'Randwyck-MECC'. If you are travelling north on the A2/E25 motorway (from Paris-Liège) take exit 56 signed for 'Gronsveld-MECC'.

Parking
Parking is available at the MECC for a charge of € 7,00 (upon departure).

By Train
Maastricht-Randwyck station is located 250 metres from MECC Maastricht and is part of the national and international railway network. There are frequent trains to Maastricht Central Station, which is also linked to the national and international railway network (website: www.ns.nl).

High-speed Trains
Thalys and Eurostar (website: www.thalys.com and www.eurostar.com)
The Eurostar (TGV) from London stops in Liège where there is a direct train to Maastricht Central Station (travel time is approximately 30 minutes). The Eurostar (TGV) from Paris stops in Brussels. Trains depart from Brussels to Maastricht via Liège.

By Bus
Maastricht's metropolitan bus company runs a regular service between the city centre, Maastricht Central Station and MECC Maastricht. There is a bus about every five minutes (Forum bus stop).

Transportation during the Congress
Every three minutes buses arrive and depart from the MECC to the city centre and the Central Railway station. Every 15 minutes trains arrive and depart from Railway station Maastricht Randwyck (3 minutes walk from the MECC) to Maastricht Central Railway station. From Maastricht Airport as well as from the MECC all hotels can easily be reached by bus, taxi or car. With the Syndec 2 congress badge, public bus service is free of charge for the duration of the congress within Maastricht.
